I understand that to participate in art shows curated by You Are Here Foundation, the following agreement is to be adhered to and agree to the terms of the contract.*

I will provide my artwork ready to be hung (with wire on back)*

I understand that my work will be hung up for one month and needs to be taken down and removed from the venue.*

I understand that there may be unforeseen scheduling issues due to the venue or curator making changes to times, dates, and artists. I understand that shows may be cancelled at any time.*

I understand that You Are Here will get a 30% commission on all work sold that is displayed for show.*

I understand the venue, and You Are Here does not cover my work with insurance. You Are Here and the venue are not responsible for any damage or loss, although everything possible will be done to protect it.*

I will provide information, via email, on my work, a minimum of 14 days prior to the show, that includes:

o   artist name I want to use

o   title of the piece

o   dimensions

o   media used

o   price*

I will help promote the show to friends, family and public through social media, websites, fliers, and all other means of marketing*

I will attend the opening.*

I will pay a $25 USD if I cancel 30 days prior to show date.*

I understand there is no guarantee of my artwork selling.*

I have read and understand the terms of the contract. I fully understand that should this contract be broken, I will pay a fee. I understand that should unforeseen issues arise with the Venue or Curator, the show may be cancelled. I understand there is no guarantee of sales. I understand that there is no responsibility for damage, theft, or loss on the Venue, You Are Here, and any person associated with these businesses.*
